SUMMARY:First-Step Course- Becoming Oneself (9 to 14 months)
DESCRIPTION:With first standing\, early language\, and growing social awareness\, babies are entering a whole new stage of development. \nAt this point\, we want to make sure they’ve built the foundation they need to stand well\, including balance\, spinal alignment\, and coordination between the upper and lower body.\nWe’ll learn fun activities on the floor to strengthen crawling\, sitting\, and the transitions between them\, laying a strong base before walking begins.\nWe’ll also address common behavioural challenges at this stage\, such as fear of strangers and separation anxiety\, and explore how to build confidence through movement and joyful play with other baby friends. \nFridays\, 10:00-11:15. \nDates: 10.4\, 17.4\, 24.4\, 8.5\, 15.5\, 22.5\, 29.5\, 5.6 \nFirst Step is a holistic approach rooted in the Feldenkrais method. It emphasizes the deep connection between sensory-motor learning and emotional development — how a baby’s ability to roll\, reach\, or sit is closely linked to their sense of confidence\, curiosity\, and openness to the world. The approach also highlights the vital role of the environment we create for our babies — through touch\, tone of voice\, responsiveness\, and the experiences we offer. These early interactions shape how babies move\, learn\, see themselves\, and relate to others. Our goal is to provide each baby with optimal conditions for development\, and to help them build both a strong sense of confidence and a solid motor foundation\, that will serve them throughout life.

SUMMARY:First Step course-: Awakening curiosity and rolling over (for 3-7 month old babies)
DESCRIPTION:At this stage\, your baby is becoming more curious and starting to explore their environment through more conscious movements.\nIn this course\, through playful activities and movement-based games\, we will practice tummy\ntime and encourage symmetry\, balance\, weight shifting\, and eye–hand coordination in order to support babies through the rolling stage\, which is an essential foundation for their continued motor development. \nWe will allow the babies to explore a variety of sensory stimuli\, interact with us and with new baby friends\, and learn how we can encourage early communication.\nWe will gain valuable knowledge about the baby’s world and learn how to provide the best learning environment for their development. \nThe course is also a wonderful opportunity for international mothers to connect\, share experiences\, ask questions\, and support one another during this special stage of early parenthood. \nFridays\, 11:30-12:45 \nDates: 10.4\, 17.4\, 24.4\, 8.5\, 15.5\, 22.5\, 29.5\, 5.6 \nFirst Step is a holistic approach rooted in the Feldenkrais method.
