DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we’ll nurture your baby’s growing curiosity and mobility through playful games that develop the motor skills needed for both commando and classic crawling. \nYou’ll discover fun ways to strengthen your baby’s muscles\, balance\, and coordination\, while learning how to balance active play with moments of relaxation to support focus and calm. \nThrough communication games\, rhymes\, and joint dance\, we’ll enhance your baby’s communication skills and deepen your connection together. We’ll also explore how to encourage openness to new experiences\, support adaptability\, and promote growing independence. \nThe workshop is held in English and consists of six sessions\, once a week. \nThursdays\, 14:15-15:15 \nDates: 19.3\, 26.3\, 2.4\, 9.4\, 16.4\, 23.4 \nFirst Step is a holistic approach rooted in the Feldenkrais method. It emphasizes the deep connection between sensory-motor learning and emotional development — how a baby’s ability to roll\, reach\, or sit is closely linked to their sense of confidence\, curiosity\, and openness to the world. The approach also highlights the vital role of the environment we create for our babies — through touch\, tone of voice\, responsiveness\, and the experiences we offer. These early interactions shape how babies move\, learn\, see themselves\, and relate to others. Our goal is to provide each baby with optimal conditions for development\, and to help them build both a strong sense of confidence and a solid motor foundation\, that will serve them throughout life.
