Rolling Over: Baby-parent workshop for 3-6 month olds

In this workshop we will accompany our babies at that wonderful age when they start to make conscious movements, discover the world around them and learn to roll over.
We will focus on how to create the best environment for a baby’s development. you will learn how to stimulate your baby’s balance system, how to help them stay comfortable during tummy time, how to play with your baby and how to create quality waking hours that will also improve their sleep.

The workshop is held in English and consists of 5 sessions, once a week.

Wednsdays, 10:45-11:45 AM, 18.6, 25.6, 2.7, 9.7, 16.7

The First Step Method offers a holistic approach that recognises the connection between a baby’s motor, sensory and cognitive learning. Parents from all over the world learn how to optimally support their baby and cultivate a sense of confidence in their body and their abilities that will accompany them for the rest of their lives.
